Questions about the Low Frequency – The Awareness of the Low (part 2)

Student: Good morning, I have a question about Low-induced forgetting. Let me premise that I do not suffer from memory disorders at all, when I read articles I am immediately captured by the topics and they are revealing. So, I should face daily life with a different awareness, but it happens that during the day I forget the contents of the articles. Therefore I always have to go and reread, starting again from the first ones. Does this happen because it is the work of the Low, being spiritual topics? Thank you. 

Angel: Hi! Yes that is exactly what it is. As I explained in the article The place of memories, spirituality is in a higher vibration than the Low vibration on which we live every day. Of course, the Low tries to make you forget not only the experiences you've had, but also the knowledge you have learned that would allow you to remain high in consciousness during the day and thus out of the Low vibration. Basically, the Low makes you forget what would help you get out of it, so broadly speaking you remember what the topic is about, sure, but basically only if you reread the article do you realize how many things you had forgotten, even though you were convinced you remembered it well or at least thought you fully understood it. Every time you reread an article you realize that not only had you forgotten much of the content, even more so the key words that would help you stay mindful throughout the day, but you will even find new concepts that at a first reading you had not noticed or you will understand them at a higher level that you had not paid attention to before. That's why reviewing the articles you've already read is important, because when you read them you realize that it's not just reviewing but almost learning a new lesson that you didn't have access to before. 

Student: Hi Angel. It says in the articles that the Low is behind the poor memory, however I wonder how is it possible that many Gaia's Low have excellent memory when in fact they should be more prone to Low? Besides meditation, is there any other useful technique to improve memory? 

Angel: Pay attention, because I am referring solely to memory with regard to paranormal experiences and spiritual knowledge, nothing to do with remembering "normal" memories, such as might be remembering a date with friends, the years spent with the first dog you had in your life or about a romance novel you read. The Low intervenes to lower or even attempt to erase the memory concerning spiritual experiences and knowledge, in fact Gaia's Low have a very bad memory concerning these kinds of experiences. This doesn't mean that none of them remember paranormal experiences, on the contrary, many do, but they are so imbued with Low that even the memory of their own experiences would not make them want to practice to get out of Low, so for Low they are not dangerous at all. In other words, the Low doesn't need to try too hard to keep Gaia's Low because they are already soaked and sunk. So, a Gaia's may even remember in broad strokes an experience he had when he was a child (although he may say he remembers it in great detail, since you could not answer him that it is not true) but in fact this memory does not spark any sparks in him; on the contrary, it only increases fear. The Low is so strong in them that in one moment they might say they remember an experience and the next moment with a snap of their fingers they will no longer remember it; in fact, they will come at you and say that you are lying, that they never told you about this experience and that you must have been confused with someone else or that you dreamed it up! So, I assure you that the Low plays very well with them, so much so that their spiritual memory will turn out to be terribly unreliable and sometimes nonexistent.

It must be added, however, that on spirituals, or to be more precise on people who intend to Awaken, the memory of everyday life seems almost to be even lower sometimes than on Gaia's, and this is not just a feeling. In fact, it is not only Low that plays on us but also something else that tries to lower our memory capacity (even that of "normal" and not only spiritual events) precisely to try to make us more unconscious through even the loss of memories about the most normal and even seemingly insignificant matters. We will talk much more about this later when wll discuss the topic of memory and alien chips, in which you will understand what are the reasons for these strange memory leaks. 

Student: Hello everyone!!! I noticed that the articles that I had not commented on or even read are the ones that are most important for my evolution at this very moment, not that the others are less important on the contrary, however, these had more impact on the practices that I am doing at this time. Surely it is no accident that Angel told us to read and comment on them. Thank you again for everything. 

Angel: Absolutely, that's right. It just so happens that the articles and lessons that you forget to read are the ones that would be most useful for you at this time. 

Studente: To slow down my rhythm Low working, is there any suggestion? How do I keep not thinking, if I am dealing with public and I have to interact with prople necessarily? 

Angel: Start with staying mindful during the day, so even while you're working; then we'll talk about non-thinking. It's not easy to start with 100, if you don't start climbing the first steps first, that's normal. When you have to interact with people who come and go, then, you have to keep in mind that each one of them steals some energy from you, they project their problems and perplexities onto you, and in all of this they dump Low weights on you that go to increase your unconsciousness and therefore make you lose awareness. Therefore, while you are working, try to keep a state of mind more focused on the practice of mindfulness – which I taught you in the Being Coscious articles – and don't be influenced too much by other people's energies. In this way you'll come out of the work you'll be less "low" tonal than when you didn't practice the conscience during the day. First let's work on not immediately falling into Low at the first influences you experience, then we'll talk about how to stay high in tonal even while working or doing routine activities that take away time and energy. 

Student: Referring to your response, what intend and how do you do to lose awareness?

Angel: Whenever you are in the Low Frequency you are losing awareness. It's still early to talk about it now, however, when you are in high vibrations, thanks to meditation and the practice of Soul Connection, you realize that your mind is more mature and able to recognize the reality of the Matrix in which we live. Instead, when you're at work, your mind goes back to thinking the way Low wants it to think: so you're much more attached to your routine and feel like you can't get out of it. When you're having dinner with family, when you're going out with friends, when you're working or when you're cleaning the house, you're doing activities that distract you from your evolution and for many hours or the whole day make you completely forget who you really are. Your mind is there: you are thinking about how to solve your problems, you are thinking about what you have to do tomorrow and what time you have to take your children to school or what time to make that appointment, but you are not really aware of yourself and your real identity outside the Matrix. When you are unconscious you live to go along with the Matrix and thus inevitably the Low. When you are conscious, on the other hand, you realize that these are taking away your real identity and your real spiritual life, which has been almost completely nonexistent all your life.

When you meditate and practice you are raising your Tonale, you're more conscious and aware, but as soon as you resume managing your Low issues and activities, your consciousness will drop and then you will lose awareness, returning to being in a Low vibration. Day by day, by meditating and studying the Steps, you will increase your awareness more and more, and the Low activities will sink you less, because you will learn how to handle them without falling completely into the Low vibration. 

Student: So: every day I start over again? 

Angel: It's not exactly like starting over, otherwise the path wouldn't make sense and I wouldn't "waste time" practicing either, if everything you learn only lasts for 24 hours and then you have to start over again. However, at the beginning of the journey, that is, at the point where you are now, it is normal that each day you go up in small steps and you cannot expect to learn how to do everything in two days. It takes time, practice and patience, because expectations ruin everything. Imagine as if you started from level zero, that is, the tonal Low standard. Meditating the first time you raise your tonal a little bit, for example getting to a level 5. You know, however, that meditation lasts half an hour, not the whole day, and that immediately after meditation you will immerse yourself again in Low chores, such as setting up the house, using the computer, being on your phone, going out shopping, etc. so the Tonale will gradually go down as the hours go by, but it will not go back to zero but may go to 2, at worst to 1, which is not 0 anyway. Each time you meditate, however, your Tonale will rise faster, which means that if you used to jump from 0 to 5, as you continue to practice on the following days you will start to jump from 5 to 10, then from 10 to 17, then from 17 to 35. The more you practice during the day and the longer you practice on days in a row, the more your Tonale will rise exponentially without following any rules or mathematical calculations, because some days it will make small jumps while other days it will make big, strong Tonale jumps. Having reached a certain point, you will no longer wake up in the morning with a Tonale of 0, but rather with a Tonale of 35. You won't immediately notice all the differences this entails, and yet in a completely natural and spontaneous way you will feel compelled to raise your tonal more, aware that the level you are at is not enough: it is not enough for you and for what you aspire to. You know that if you stopped practicing your Tonale would go down more rapidly each day, going from 35 to 30, from 30 to 21, from 21 to 7, and immediately to 0. Your Tonale goes down much faster than it takes time to rise, that's normal. So, you have to choose whether to go back to zero over the days and lose how much you have achieved or keep going up, to get more and more of the benefits that come from having a high tonal and therefore more awareness, which are not a few. When you have a high Tonale, things around you go the way you want them to go. People unconsciously respect you more, they don't know why but they do, because that's the way it works. You start having those spikes of good fortune that you had not asked for or imagined, yet they come right where you needed them most even if you yourself were not aware of them. Having your Tonale high and being determined to keep it, prevents others from subduing you, stealing your energy, throwing their heaviness and frustrations at you, and still so much more. But you understand all this when you are practicing because at the moment it may seem complex to understand. 

Student: I am already aware, so I started with 100? I know a lot of things that other people don't know, so I'm out of Low? 

Angel: Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Knowing a lot of information studied in books, texts, websites, or listening to guides or attending seminars cannot replace the spiritual evolution that practice gives you, so it cannot raise the tone the way meditation can. The problem is that until you practice, you won't be able to understand what I mean by high tonal but will just believe that what I mean is what is most comfortable for you.

The Low is not a place attended by people who have not read spiritual books but is a vibration on which we all live. Each one of us has to decide whether to practice to raise our Tonale and thus raise our vibration, to get out of that Low, or to continue reading books and strutting about having more knowledge than others, but just theoretical. Knowing information makes you learned, and that is no small thing, but it cannot make you spiritually evolved if not followed by constant practice. In addition, I would like to add that this conviction to be out of the Low only because you believe that you know more information than others, is a method of the Low that you have to pay close attention to, because it suits it if you believe that you only need to read to be out of the Low, so it makes sure that you stay there stuck in your beliefs and do not get out of the patterns that would allow you to get out of the Low as well. So, this belief is what it wants you to think.
Student: What do you mean by "make you believe in it?" 

Angel: The Low is much smarter than you imagine. Sometimes it will make you believe that it already knows everything, that it is already out of the Low, that it is already quite "awake" or even already enlightened, that it has already defeated it forever, just to make you fall into the illusion it has created and make sure that you waste your time raising your ego instead of raising your tone. 

Student: And why would the Low make you believe that you have already defeated him? It doesn't make sense. 

Angel: Because if you convinced yourself that you had already defeated it, you wouldn't keep fighting. 

Student: Oh, so it's just a way to make me delude myself that I've won a battle that I'm losing instead. 

Angel: That's right, now that makes sense, doesn't it? If you convince yourself that you've won, you won't fight anymore. The Low doesn't care about being right in words but he cares about keeping you well subdued in deeds. So, it's almost a game to it: it makes you believe that you are already too evolved for these things, that you don't need guidance and a path of practice because you are already born aware! In this way it makes sure that you do nothing to get out of the Low, and so it will have won over you!

Student: The fact is that I've always had a lot more energy than others. I work with people because I am in the business of selling products and I have to talk to my customers a lot. I have a lot of energy to talk to the people I have to sell to, unlike my colleagues. They are shy and insecure, I am direct and a good talker, they tell me. So, I wonder why I should meditate to have energy to use to get out of the Low, if I already have a lot of energy and I already feel out of the Low. 

Angel: The basic problem is that you don't understand what is meant by energy. You say you have a lot of energy to talk to people but it is mental energy not psychic energy, in the sense that you are an active, lively person, unlike your colleagues who I imagine come across as more tired and apathetic. It's good that you feel energetic and full of energy during the day but this kind of energy is the physical energy, it's the mental energy, nothing to do with pranic energy. It's good if you feel active during the day, not apathetic, that you have the strength to carry out your routine without collapsing in fatigue, however, this is not the high tonal energy we have been talking about for a long time.

Has the energy you are talking about allowed you to evolve highly evolved psychic faculties? In other words, has the energy you are talking about allowed you to be able to perform energy healing to someone who was very sick physically and because of you suddenly healed? Has it allowed you to evolve your faculty of premonition to high levels? Has it allowed you to evolve your telepathic abilities to very high levels? I could go on for hours but the point is that the energy you are talking about is not the pranic energy I talk about in the Steps. To evolve your psychic faculties you need prana energy, which is the energy you absorb during meditation. Pranic energy allows you to get up tonal and out of the Low, of which you evidently have not read or understood the definitions. Unfortunately, you believe you are out of the Low, yet your life flows between a sale, an appointment where you have to convince someone else to buy your product, a business meeting to compare sales and earnings, and the next day you start again with the same routine until you are old; but how much are you really out of the Low during the day? How far are you really out of the illusion that you think is your real life? Well, it's hard to explain to you what Low is if you've already decided you want to ignore it and don't want to know anything about it because you're convinced that you're too high up for it to touch you. The reality, though, is that you're in it to the bone, and until you understand it, you won't know the way out of it, so you'll be submerged in it for the rest of your life. 

Student: The further we go, the more the Low will zoom in on us? In that case how will we defend ourselves? 

Angel: No, you can be sure it won't be like that at all. If you learn to defend yourself against the Low, as I teach you in the first Steps, the further you go, the more you will learn to juggle its methods and learn how to avoid them. It's normal at first to think that the further you go the more "powerful the enemy becomes", because we have always been used to thinking this way! In reality, the further you go the more powerful you become, so you become able to move in the Low without getting stuck in it and without it being able to fool you. But you will learn all this only by practicing, never without the practice, otherwise you will simply remain immersed in it in the belief that you have brought it down but that will not be the case at all. 

Student: Is the Low directly proportional to our level? That is, the more we evolve, the more difficulties we have to overcome?

Angel: Absolutely Not. The Low doesn't get stronger, the Low is already at its strongest, it's just that now you're immersed in it and you don't fully recognize it. As time goes on, the weights will not increase as you might imagine but rather you will learn to notice them. For example, if today it happens that during meditation you get a phone call, you will pick up the phone and start chatting with your girlfriend without realizing that you have just interrupted the practice because of Low. After that you will say, "Well, the Low is not as clever as Angel describes, its tricks don't work on me!" despite the fact that just before it managed to get you to stop practicing and you didn't even realize it. Instead, with time you will learn to recognize what the Low's signals are, so as soon as the phone call that's interrupting your meditation arrives, you'll be like, "That's it, the Low is trying to distract me, of course the Low is really smart! Like hell I'm interrupting my meditation because of it!" and that's where the difference lies. The first few times you don't recognize the Low so you underestimate it, while over time you learn to understand its methods and realize how clever it is, so it might even seem stronger to you than before but it's not, it's you who is learning to notice better what you didn't see at all before.

So, I assure you that the Low will not be stronger in parallel with how strong you become, because otherwise there would be no evolution but you will be smarter, so much so that you will realize how much the Low is present every hour of the day, whereas before you didn't notice it as you were too immersed in it. In fact, now you can barely accomplish one meditation because of all the interruptions and procrastination due to Low to keep you from practicing, and already it seems difficult to go on. If you continue, however, you will be able to accomplish 4 meditations by your own decision because you will feel the real need. It's normal that even months from now you will still have the Low trying to keep you from practicing but where is the difference? It lies in the fact that today you cannot even accomplish one meditation done well (as you understand it, let me be clear) that you already receive a thousand obstacles, while in the future you will accomplish 4 meditations done well and find obstacles in accomplishing the fifth meditation of the day. So, you will complain that Low is too pressing, that it doesn't make you fulfill the fifth meditation, so much so that it seems as if it is stronger than before. In truth, however, it's not stronger than before, otherwise you would never have made it to the fourth meditation but would have forever stuck to one daily session. Do you understand what I mean? Right now, would it seem feasible to you to accomplish four? Probably not, you would think it's too much, that it's impossible because you don't have time, and all that. Yet, if you practice every day, over time you will instinctively move to 2 daily meditations, then 3, then 4, and it will be very spontaneous for you without any imposition, because you will be the one who chooses all this. When you meditate 4 times, it will mean that you have been so good that you have been able to fool the Low for as many as 4 times a day, and this shows that he has not become stronger, but it is you who have become more able to see and deal with him. Of course, all this will happen if you decide to practice, because it is normal that if you decide every day that you do not feel like accomplishing one meditation, let alone if you could ever get to accomplish as many as three.     Ho sperimentato di persona, negli anni, come il low ti faccia credere di averlo vinto. E ho anche sperimentato come l'idea che conoscere molte informazioni ed aver letto molti libri spirituali posso portare ad una sonora sconfitta, se dietro non c'è una pratica costante. E' come leggere libri sul culturismo e sperare che i muscoli crescano da soli...

    Man mano che continuo questo percorso prendo sempre più consapevolezza di quanto incide il low nella mia vita quotidiana. Nonostante molteplici impegni, sto riuscendo ad essere costante a praticare la med una volta al giorno, oltre a praticare alcune tecniche. Mi sto concentrando sulla qualità della pratica cercando di restare in non pensiero per tutto il tempo, leggo nuove lezioni e rileggo quelle precedenti. Cercherò di seguire i preziosi consigli tuoi e quelli della mia tutor per riuscire ad aumentare la mia pratica quotidiana e stare fuori dal low più tempo possibile. Grazie.

    lìimmagine di un Buddha che medita profondamante per giorni mi sovviene dopo questa lezione ma anche altre indicazioni pratiche di molti altri ed anche recenti quali Zeland ..la pratica è la via , con tutti i dettagli ,le sfumature, le eccezioni essendo specifici ma molto meno di quanto crediamo dato che l'inganno sta nel dividere e separare..

    Anche a me succede di dimenticare il contenuto delle lezioni precedenti e di dover ripassare. Avevo intuito che dopo la meditazione non si torna nella stessa vibrazione del low frequency. Ho compreso che i benefici nel saper mantenere un tonale alto sono tanti; mi impegnerò in tal senso. Grazie. ❤

    Personalmente noto il low sempre più spesso, e per ora sono ad una meditazione al giorno costante!Niente te e nessuno può togliermela, mi capita invece spesso di aggiungere alla meditazione giornaliera una protezione una pulizia, oppure allungo la meditazione e mi sparo con golosità quella da 1 oretta con il rilassamento! Aggiungo che sto prendendo tutto con calma, soprattutto da quando ho letto che le aspettative sono controproducenti, mi ha fatto piacere leggere che ci alziamo di vibrazione costantemente ed in effetti la vita sta diventando "diversa", più facile anche se i problemi lavorativi, economici etc.. sono li come sempre!

    "Quando pensi di avere tutte le risposte la vita ti cambia tutte le domande". E' una frase di Chiarlie Brown che ho sempre amato e che, in passato, mi era stata descritta come una massima dal forte valore spirituale. Ai tempi mi si diceva che mano mano che si raggiungevano nuovi livelli nel percorso della consapevolezza, l'asticella veniva alzata per farci fare un ulteriore pezzo del cammino. In questo caso, mi pare si possa interpretare come una progressiva presa di coscienza dei condizionamenti del low. Mano a mano che si sale di un gradino si intuisce la presenza di quello successivo.

    Grazie, utilissima lezione su come difenderci in tutti i giorni dal Low meditando costantemente.Personalmente nella mia routine medito più volte al giorno cercando di fare sempre meglio, determinato, quasi un obbligo.

    Non dimentico mai di meditare ed arrivo a tre giornaliere. So che il low è in agguato e mi mette ostacoli che tento di raggirare. E' un periodo in cui mi viene l'ansia e non riesco bene a respirare quindi ne va a scapito anche la meditazione, ma sto prendendo provvedimenti per continuare . Mai arrendersi.

    È vero il Low è insinuoso, tenta in tutti i modi di distrarci. Ma più vado avanti, più me ne rendo conto fortunatamente. Comunque trovo difficile per il momento fare più di 2 meditazioni giornaliere.
