By meditating, the chakras are filled and then widened.You will notice by yourself, with time, that you will feel your chakras wider and more compact than when you were not meditating, as if they had been filled to the brim with a thick liquid to the point of widening them, forcing them to expand to contain more energy.This happens over and over again during our journey, because every time the chakras reach a certain limit of fullness they widen more to allow them to be filled again.When it happens, you will feel a strange sensation for a few days, a little as if your chakras were empty even though you are meditating a lot (it is obvious that, if you were not meditating, they would be really empty!) There will, however, be occasions when you might decide to meditate much more than expected, for example by keeping up with 4-5 meditations suddenly, although until a few days before you were meditating only 2-3 times.On this occasion the chakras will fill up much faster than energy, because you will be meditating much more than usual, so you will be giving it a higher force as if you were pressing an accelerator.This will obviously be a great opportunity for your chakras to get as much energy as possible, since they have more and more they want, becoming more and more aware of how much they could do if you fed them more energy.The chakras, with such a sudden increase in prana , may decide to widen considerably without going through the middle ground.In fact they generally widen gradually, but there are occasions when they decide to expand out of the blue to a much higher level, becoming much more “large” specifically to contain greater quantities of energy that could enter without warning.They in fact expect that the more prana they enter with a lot of speed consequently they widen so much.

To practice the technique you must first decide at what time to do it, possibly looking at the clock to know what time it is and choose the beginning and the end, so as to roughly calculate the duration. The more time you can stay conscious the better. When you feel fatigued and want to stop, don’t do it right away, but hold on another minute to dedicate it to the “conclusion” in which you decide to finish the technique in a lucid manner and not in a tired and submissive way. Knowing the duration time simplifies the technique because it allows you to resist the temptation to go back to being unconscious, motivating you to be as conscious as possible until the end of the session. Since you will not find yourself comfortably at home free to put a timer, but you will probably find yourself at work, with friends, or shopping, you will have to rely on inaccurate time, estimated by looking at the clock from time to time to understand how much is missing at the end of technique. I advise you to start with 10 minutes, so as not to leave immediately with half an hour and get out tired and bored. This is a great exercise because it allows you to combine your low life with your spirituality and make it a whole, deciding to be a little more spiritual even when you’re immersed in low chores. This is very important because, while other people divide the two lives as if they were contrasting in a schematic and structured way and avoiding being spiritual in their everyday life, you can decide to unite them and understand that there is nothing strange in being spiritual even when you are in the low, because both sides of your life are part of you, and it is right to create links between the two that allow you to connect and live them serenely without giving up or particular structuring to follow. People believe they have to be spiritual only when they practice, and then behave like low people for the rest of the day.

You can choose to live your spirituality much more consciously, deciding to be spiritual even during your routine.It is your choice and you can do it day by day through your daily actions.The exercise, in fact, may seem unimportant at the beginning but will instead lead you to become aware of yourself, of your evolved ego, giving yourself improvements from the most minimal to the greatest depending on how much you practice.Breathing prana in the chakras will not only help you become much more conscious while you live in low, but it will increase the physical and psychic strength of your chakras making you much stronger and more direct, especially when you perform a technique that requires a lot of energy.

What I taught you today is not meditation, because it is about being conscious of the chakras and loading them, so we can talk about “loading the chakras”. This technique is very important as an extra, but it absolutely must not replace real meditation because it does not have the same value. You can start practicing it even once a week, but if you wish, you can practice it much more often depending on how much interest you have in speeding up your improvements.     Non me lo ricordavo proprio questo documento, chissà perché! Ogni tanto mentre sono nel Low cerco di respirare Prana e ciò mi fa sentire subito meglio e più cosciente. Altri giorni invece vengo completamente assorbito dalle cose da fare e non ci penso proprio, infatti quando poi torno a casa dal lavoro o altre faccende sono più stanco e stressato del solito. Devo assolutamente riprendere come buona abitudine quella di respirare prana dai chakra mentre mi trovo nel Low. Di solito lo faccio ma la respiro dal naso e dunque la faccio scendere in tutto il corpo. ma ora voglio tronare a respirare anche dai chakra. Mi piace tanto praticare nel Low, nonostante non sia affatto facile, ma come ben detto nel documento con la metafora delle flessioni e addominali, è solo questione di allenamento. Molto bello anche ciò che è stato detto sui chakra che si espandono all'improvviso quando si aumentano di botto le sessioni giornaliere. Inoltre reputo importante ricordare che non si è nel Low solo quando ci troviamo fuori casa, ma anche quando siamo dentro casa e non stiamo praticando, come ben dice Angel. Dunque praticare l'esercizio di Coscienza scritto nel documento anche quando, ad esempio, si lava i piatti, si pulisce casa, ecc.

    Non rileggevo questo documento da anni e mi ha dato uno spunto incredibile!! Da domani a lavoro rigorosamente un orologio con timer (non quelli nuovi con lo schermo che fanno solo male) ed inizio a Praticare questa tecnica esterna sui chakra! Sono sicura che sarà davvero molto utile, rileggere è davvero Fondamentale. Questo concetto dell'essere Spirituali anche nel Low e non solo durante la Pratica è di estrema importanza e migliora davvero la nostra vita se ci impegniamo ne farlo. Un immenso grazie Angel per averci spinto ancora una volta a ripassare gli Steps!

    Poiché faccio un lavoro che me lo permette, utilizzo questa tecnica molto spesso alternando anche la respirazione e assorbimento della Prana e la pulizia energetica del luogo. Molto interessante il fatto di mantenere un tonale leggermente più alto anche durante il low.

    La tecnica di meditare su un chakra alla volta durante le attività low mi piace moltissimo soprattutto per gli infiniti benefici che noteremmo inoltre il mio intento e quello non di velocizzare la mia evoluzione perché ho rispetto dei miei tempi ma di semplificare la riuscita di tutte le tecniche acquisite finora e quelle che se meriterò acquisirò nel futuro perciò inizierò già da domani a praticare inoltre ho notato che la sensazione di vuoto di cui si parla nell articolo quando i chakra si allargano per ricevere più energia io l'ho provata tanto e vero che credevo di essere tornata indietro e di non aver svolto bene le meditazioni perché ci sono giorni in cui mi sento più energica con un tonale alto e giorni in cui nonostante le meditazioni avverto la sensazione come se non avessi meditato per niente e questo mi scoraggiava molto sono lieta di apprendere che potrebbe essere un allargamento energetico dei chakra grazie

    Rileggendo questo documento, penso a quanto sia eccezionale che, immagazzinando l’Energia bianca dentro i nostri Chakra (e che tra l’altro non ci sono limiti alla quantità che se ne può assorbire…), si possano non solo eseguire molte tecniche spirituali, bensì diventare sempre più coscienti di tutto ciò che ci accade durante le nostre giornate e, di conseguenza, adoperarci affinché le cose vadano per il verso giusto. Più volte mi sono accorto che, sebbene riesca abbastanza a tenere il ritmo delle tre Meditazioni giornaliere, quando facevo qualche Meditazione in meno per uno o due giorni, iniziavano ad accadermi gli imprevisti o gli ostacoli che mi facevano ritornare dentro al loop del Low quotidiano, come prima che iniziassi questo mio Percorso.

    Con la pratica di una delle prime tecniche che Angel ci ha insegnato nel primo step (denominata “meditazione sui chakra in non pensiero”) ho imparato ad equilibrare ed a caricare di energia prana i principali chakra, in modalità di “non pensiero”. Con la lettura di questo articolo prendo coscienza del fatto che tali chakra possono svilupparsi indefinitamente in grandezza all’interno del nostro corpo e che possono essere caricati di energia bianca e positiva a nostro piacimento. I migliori risultati si ottengono evidentemente dedicando il giusto tempo ad ogni sessione ma, a volte, potendo usufruire di tempo limitato capita di dover praticare per esempio durante il lavoro e il beneficio di questo non è comunque trascurabile: infatti è meglio una sessione limitata piuttosto che niente. In questo caso bisogna evidentemente essere in grado di svolgere contemporaneamente due distinte attività e non sempre questo è facile da fare. Nel passato ho letto da qualche parte che - con la pratica e la crescita spirituale che si possono raggiungere nel tempo - lo stato mentale meditativo dovrebbe diventare la normalità durante lo svolgimento di qualsiasi attività, nella vita di ogni giorno. Ciò che ho appreso in questo articolo lo conferma. Con costanza e spirito di abnegazione mi ripropongo di crescere molto in termini energetici e di consapevolezza nel prossimo futuro con la speranza di essere pronto ad affrontare le prossime sfide dotato degli strumenti adatti: intendo per esempio le sessioni di tecnica di meditazione per la cura e la guarigione delle malattie di terzi.     Questo articolo mi motiva ad aumentare le mie meditazioni. Riconosco il fatto che il Chi brontoli spesso. Ma non pensavo fosse un buon segno :D Quando lavoro mi capita di richiamare la Prana. A volte, come oggi, non avendo tempo per meditare, mi sono fermata un attimo con l´intento di assorbire Prana dentro di me. Non avevo pensato alla cosciena su un Chakra. Da domani Prana, concentrazione sul Chakra per 1 minuti. Mi piace molto il fatto di poter essere spirituale anche nelle mie azioni di routine.

    Molto utili questi consigli : infatti mi chiedevo se c'era un modo di essere coscienti anche al di fuori della meditazione , ed ecco qua la soluzione , trovare dei momenti quando si è nel low, di respirare prana o di farlo solo nel chakra per più tempo possibile , magari stabilendolo già dall'inizio per concentrarsi al meglio ! ho provato , mentre camminavo in montagna , a fermarmi e a respirare prana per 5 m e devo dire che ho ripreso il cammino con più forza , mi sono sentito felice di questo e soprattutto quando sono tornato a casa ero meno stanco !di sicuro non devo sottovalutare la meditazione svolta a casa con tranquillità , la quantità di energia è decisamente maggiore

In questo caso, vorrei provare a concentrarmi su uno specifico chakra in base alle sue funzioni e all'attività da svolgere, come ad esempio il chi durante l'esercizio fisico, così da abituare i chakra a supportarmi meglio nella quotidianità. Detto ciò, mi sono sempre chiesto fino a che punto possa arrivare un chakra ben allenato; chissà, potrebbero diventare delle vere e proprie dimensioni interne infinite.

    Lavoro a contatto con le persone, per cui devo interagire e parlare con loro, spesso mentre parlavo con loro e mi raccontavano i suoi problemi, nella mia immaginazione facevo la tecnica per tagliare le connessioni low, lo facevo contemporaneamente mentre lavoravo, certo non era mai paragonabile alla tecnica vera e propria mentre ero rilassata e da sola, ma almeno mi dava la sensazione di alleggerire quelle connessioni, e mi faceva sentire serena. Bene sapere che posso farlo anche per dare energia ai chakra. Senz’altro Mi allenerò ! Grazie 🙏🌸

    Molto spesso durante la giornata quando mi sento io stessa un carenza, o troppo affatta con la mente e mansioni richiamo prana anche per pochi minuti respirando anche se sono assieme ad altri così cmda sentire la sua vibrazione in me e riprendendomi, interessante e ci proverò a farlo anche sul singolo Chakra ❤️

    Mi piace moltissimo la descrizione dei Chakra come recipienti che devono essere riempiti affinché possano funzionare bene ( ツ ), e anche del loro comportamento in funzione dell'energia immagazzinata. La tecnica di eseguire due mansioni contemporaneamente, ovvero la mansione Low e respirare prana nel Chakra, è molto bella e il fatto che possa aiutare ad allenarci ad essere più coscienti durante la giornata è un ottimo incentivo per provare a svolgerla il più possibile.     E' molto interessante quando descrivi i sintomi che un chakra può dare quando si sta allargando perchè carico di energia. L'esercizio di concentrarsi su un chakra e respirarci prana è molto utile per essere cosceinti in primis e poter praticare anche nel low ma non è semplicissimo perchè capita sempre qualche distrazione, ma è un ottimo allenamento per insistere a rimanere focalizzati su due punti, ove possibile in base a dove si ci trova, ed è una sfida interessante per cui si avranno benefici anche sul rafforzare la nostra mente e concentrazione. E' un esercizio che avevo provato e ho intenzione di riprendere per poter essere maggiormente presente e focalizzata per più tempo sulla pratica senza farmi assorbire eccessivamente dal Low. Anche l'esercizio che può sembrare banale o di poca importanza non lo è affatto, perchè ha sempre uno scopo più grande migliorando notevolmente la nostra qualità nella pratica e la nostra evoluzione. Grazie Angel per ogni consiglio che ci dai, sono preziosi per poter migliorare e superarci sempre di più!

    Ho molto riflettuto su questo tema perché ho avuto un periodo di calo sulla quantità di meditazioni: sono sempre riuscito a mantenere almeno una meditazione quotidiana con taglio fili e protezione più qualche exploit di 2 meditazioni...ma c'è davvero una grande differenza rispetto a farne sempre almeno 3 + anche un'EL (routine che ero riuscito a mantenere per un bel periodo), ma soprattutto c'è differenza ancora più grande rispetto al far girare più pratiche di tipo diverso. Ho notato che una mia difficoltà è avere sufficiente energia fisica per poter praticare sempre di più e per poter fare sempre più pratiche, ma ho capito che si tratta di un circolo virtuoso: più mediti e più energia hai...l'unica cosa è che si deve spingere per meditare a sufficienza in modo da averla questa energia...si tratta dunque di sperimentare nel fare qualcosa in più oltre al proprio limite e alla propria abitudine. Di certo organizzarsi di più anche per fare delle prove nell'Essere Coscienti nei chakra durante i momenti Low può dare un'ulteriore spinta nel recupero di energia...quindi è questione di organizzazione e volontà!

    Grazie per questo articolo e per il consiglio di concentrarsi su un chakra anche nel low per poter accrescere l energia. Purtroppo arrivare a 5 meditazioni al giorno non ci riesco, pur essendo un bel obbiettivo da poter raggiungere. A volte il low mi risucchia talmente tanto nel suo vortice che faccio già fatica a eseguire la mia meditazione quotidiana. In ogni caso voglio provare a mettere in pratica il consiglio di questa lezione, durante le azioni low che richiedono meno concentrazione fino poi ad arrivare a quelle che invece ne richiederebbero di più. A volte sentire di arrivare a fare 4/5 meditazioni al giorno e di non riuscirci a farle mi fa sentire in dietro, svantaggiata. So che ne va della velocità della mia stessa evoluzione ma comunque mi reca fastidio e vorrei raggiungere questo traguardo, anche per percepire la differenza.
