Moving Energy – Moving Internal Energy (part 2)

In the previous lesson on Energy Movements I have explained the first technique to perform an internal energy movement. Energy Movements are essential for some practices such as Astral Travel and Telekinesis, but they are equally important for the improvement of almost all techniques, including Meditation, Psychic Protection, Cutting Threads, and so on. Knowing how to move energy allows you to control not only internal energy, but also external energy. Performing these Movements allows you to feel the energy within yourself much better, especially when you meditate and practice other spiritual techniques. In fact, moving your internal energy allows you to make your body much more “fluid”, so that energy will travel better. For this reason, I invite you to practice this new session of Energy Movements, in order to feel the improvements firsthand.

To improve this session even more, I suggest you practice the previous exercise first (clicking here), and then practice the exercise learnt today.

Start to breathe deeply… to feel yourself relaxing…

 

Breathe white prana…

 

Now choose the hand you feel the most comfortable moving energy with, and keep only the index and middle finger ready, while keeping the others closed, without tension.

 

Now, without touching the chakra (so without touching the skin of the body with your hand), bring your fingers closer to the Chi chakra…

And slowly move your hand to reach the Plexus.

As you make this movement, feel the internal energy of the chakras moving from the Chi to the Plexus.

Repeat this movement, start from the bottom chakra and go up…

And again, from the bottom going up.

 

Repeat it several times, until you begin to feel a very subtle movement, that passes through the Chi and goes to the Plexus, like some kind of tingling.

You are not touching the skin with your fingers, so this sensation is obviously not caused by the touch, but it really is energy moving.

 

Continue, from the Chi to the Plexus…

And keep breathing, don’t hold your breath.

 

Now focus on the Plexus, and go up to the Throat chakra,

Go up from the Plexus, and up to the Throat chakra…

Again, from the Plexus…

To the Throat…

And start again.

 

 

Focus, so that, while you physically move your hand, the internal energy also moves, following the movement of the hand.

 

Although at first the hand may seem like a distraction, in reality it serves to speed up the perception of movement. In fact the hand offers a great help to better perceive energy.

 

Now start again and, from the Plexus, move your hand up to the Throat chakra…

Breathe with the right pace, never hold your breath.

And concentrate on the internal energy that moves, following the hand.

 

Now, from the Throat chakra, move the energy all the way up to the Crown chakra.

Start from the Throat, go up to the Crown…

And repeat.

Don’t be in a hurry, move your hand slowly, so that you can better focus on the movement of internal energy.

 

Now place your hand close to the Mind chakra,

And start making circular movements, very slowly…

As if you were to draw a circle on your forehead…

And feel these internal energy movements following the fingers.

Make slow movements…

 

Now, from the Mind chakra, slowly descend with your hand,

And keep going down…

Chakra after chakra,

Until you reach the Chi.

Now breathe deeply…

In order to relax…

And absorb prana…

 

Now let’s repeat the exercise, but keep the whole hand open…

 

Let’s start from the Chi.

And with a slightly faster movement…

Let’s go up to the Plexus.

 

 

Up to the heart…

 

Up to the Throat…

Up to the Mind chakra…

To the Crown chakra…

Go up a little higher…

Now go back to the Chi,

And from the Chi start again, up to the Plexus…

Feel the internal movement that follows the movement of the hand.

 

 

And if the hand goes too fast, slow down so that the internal movement can correctly follow the movement of the hand.

And go up…

 

Until you reach the Crown.

 

Very good, now let’s practice a different exercise.

 

Focus on breathing energy in from your mouth, and feel it arriving directly to the Throat chakra, without moving your hand.

Just breathe…

Be aware of the prana that’s entering…

And feel it going directly to the Throat chakra.

 

Now, as you breathe prana, feel the energy going directly to the Throat chakra with each breath.

 

Now it reaches the Heart chakra.

 

So breathe… feel the energy enter with your breath, and pass through the Throat chakra first…

Then reach the Heart chakra…

 

With a slow movement, keep breathing, and keep repeating the exercise.

Visualize the white prana that reaches the Throat chakra through your breath…

And then going to the Heart chakra.

 

Good. From now on, let the energy pass through the Throat chakra with each breath,

then through the Heart…

and then it stops on the Plexus.

 

So breathe…

Calmly…

The energy gets to the Throat chakra…

To the Heart…

And to the Plexus …

 

Repeat it with every breath you take.

 

Now a bit faster… feel the energy passing…

Through the Throat,

Heart,

Plexus.

 

Repeat…

 

Throat,

Heart,

Plexus.

 

You’ll probably be feeling the energy pushing to get to the Chi, so let’s follow it…

 

Breathe.

Feel the energy passing through the Throat,

Heart,

Plexus,

And on…

Until the Chi.

 

Ok, you can feel that the distance is greater …

So let’s repeat…

Breathe…

Feel the Throat,

Heart,

Plexus,

And down to the Chi.

Let’s repeat.

 

At you own pace now…

Reach down to the Chi.

 

Repeat… with your timing.

Start from the Throat…

Feel the energy moving.

Until it reaches the Chi.

 

Now move slowly, in order to have time to perceive the internal movement…

So, with the time chosen by you, breathe deeply and focus on feeling this energy that enters and passes through all the chakras until it reaches the Chi.

 

Breathe…

 

Repeat…

 

Breathe prana …

And let it go down…

To the Chi…

 

Ok, now continue practicing by letting the energy in through the breath, but instead of going downwards – therefore towards the Throat chakra – it will go upwards, towards the Mind chakra.

So, breathe…

As you breathe feel the energy rising, inside your head…

And make it reach the Mind chakra…

Repeat with each breath…

 

So breathe, and feel the energy reaching the Mind chakra …

Repeat…

 

Keep it up…

 

And now this breath reaches up to the Crown…

Then it stops there…

Breathe in and start again…

Stop on the Crown chakra.

 

Repeat and repeat again…

 

No rush…

 

If you were practicing with your eyes open now start practicing with your eyes closed…

And if you practice well, you will begin to see flashes, like flashes of light, and it will seem as if someone is taking pictures of you, even though there is obviously no one near you.

 

Keep moving energy while you breathe…

 

Feel it rising up to the Mind chakra

Then up to the Crown…

And there you stop.

 

Start over.

 

Ok, now with a deep breath, feel the energy coming in,

And at the same time, it expands to all parts of your body.

It rises both upwards, towards the High chakras, and downwards, filling all the chakras at the same time.

 

Breathe…

 

Continue practicing with each breath you take.

    Mi piace molto muovere l'energia con questa tecnica! è interessante sentire e prendere confidenza con la propria energia, non ci insegnano più ad ascoltare il corpo e prenderne il controllo ma grazie a te possiamo risolvere questo limite. :)

    come ogni esercizio va ripetuto fino a raggiungere risultati soddisfacenti ma già le prime volte ho notato migliorare alcuni aspetti riguardo a consapevolezze e intuizioni
