This should not get you to the point of rejecting any gift for repulsion towards their energies, but simply to make you become more aware of how life works. People are continually influenced by external energies, especially those of their family members, even if they don’t want to. For example, you may have chosen not to look exactly like your brother, or your father, because you think he is a person not to be imitated, so try to be the opposite of him, talk differently, reason differently, but this does not take away let his energies hit you every day, even if in a different way than you expect them to be. Besides, you know what he says about you, but not what he thinks of you. People’s real thoughts are often very different from what we believe.

Going back to your brother’s example and the sheets, he might have spent time thinking about his problems, impressing his feelings on the fabric. Imagine if he, for a few hours every day, had thought about quarrels with his girlfriend, about how much he feels alone and misunderstood, about how anxious he feels about next month’s university exams, how much he feels judged by his friends who treat him badly or who do not show him true friendship, and more. If you were very, very conscious, you would perceive the precise thoughts your brother had and you would hear the people he thought of; instead you are not and you suffer all his thoughts in first person. So your brain will absorb its energies and look for some reason to associate certain feelings and moods. From that moment on, even if before you had no reason to think so, you will begin to think that your girlfriend is cheating on you, or that you are no longer in love with you, or that you no longer love her as before and that perhaps you should look for him ‘else. You may think that your friends are not so much friends but that they are confabulating behind your back, or you might get anxious about exams even if you had none at all a few days before. So you won’t think about his girlfriend, or his friends, but you will associate those feelings with your personal story, increasing those moods in you and looking for a reason to own them. You may have no reason to feel so lonely or sad, but since that feeling influenced you, you will look for a reason in your mind to feel like this, and finally you will find it! If the thought does not exist, you will create it from nothing, for example by inventing an excuse to believe that your girlfriend is cheating on you, even though you have never mentioned that you want to interest others as well as yourself.

People’s thoughts are among the most convoluted and unexpected, so don’t expect too much about them. For example your brother could show everyone to be very sure of himself, to feel beautiful and perfect in everything, yet, at night, when nobody hears him, he could think a lot and hope in the judgment of others; you might wonder if it’s really so beautiful or if nobody really likes it and if for this reason it doesn’t have a steady girlfriend, even if everyone shows its cool façade that goes out with many women every night. Energy programs are therefore those feelings so well impressed in a material or an object that they then continue to activate themselves and make people feel that feeling again even when there is no longer any reason for it. In fact the program does not activate only once, but it does it continuously! And look for the most absurd reasons to get yourself feeling the same feeling every day. If you only ever thought about university exams every time you lay down on the bed, sooner or later the doubt would come to you; unfortunately, it is not so simple. In fact the energy program is also intelligent, because he influences that feeling, but then you will unconsciously find a reason to feel that state of mind. For example, one day you will think about the exam, the next day you will think about a quarrel you had with a work colleague, the next day you will still think of your mother who was not understanding of you. Thoughts could be different every day but the fact is that all of them will eventually lead you to feel that very sad, or angry, emotional state. Remember that there is not only sad or angry thinking , but also jealous, envious, depressive, oppressive, frustrating, but also mangy, anxious, annoying, the list is really long.

So every emotional state you have could come from an influence that you absorbed during the day and that doesn’t really belong to you. Learning to recognize external energy programs or influences and detaching from them frees us from so many weights.

Every person has different habits, so if a person spends a lot of time at home, obviously it will influence the furniture and objects of his house more with his thoughts and energy programs, unlike a person who spends much more time away from home and therefore it will influence the decor of the places you frequent most (for example, in your office) rather than in your room. The more a person is in his house, the more he influences this by creating more solid and resistant energy programs. Any energy program can be destroyed with the right methods, but there are some programs that are much more persistent and hard to break down than others. Furthermore, the same person can create multiple different programs and not just one, and each can function independently of the others. So breaking down a home program does not mean having everyone else eliminated. The programs are like mechanisms that are activated, because in addition to being recorded in an object, they become “alive” in the sense that they succeed in having that feeling again felt by the same person or someone else. So going back to your brother’s example, if one night he thought very badly about a topic that concerns him (for example the girlfriend who cheats on him), the next day then that thought may have passed, but when he returns home and gets he will go back to bed, that thought could come back to him again. This is an energy program. Moreover it could change into other thoughts, always all of the same negative level or even worse. In fact the program is not on the same thought, but on the same mental state, therefore on the emotional feeling. The energy program is a mechanism that wants you to experience the same feeling with which it was programmed indefinitely. He wants to push you to try again that negative feeling regardless of what thoughts you will use to return to feel that sadness. Then your brain will do everything, because it will search through your daily or past memories which could be a reason to become sad and, as soon as it has found it, you will have a thought in mind that you will begin to feel sad, angry, or whatever.

Moreover, these programs are not all activated immediately, but over time. In fact, you could also secretly go to your brother’s room and lie down in his bed and still feel nothing; so you will think that there is no energy program and you will be disappointed. However, these programs – which we remember are inserted into the aura of objects and materials displayed in his room – do not remain there, but they can influence your aura even without you noticing. In other words, you could lie down in your brother’s bed and hear nothing; in the meantime, however, something subtle is happening and the energetic influences are sticking to the fabrics of your clothes and your aura. So you will leave the room thinking that nothing has happened, but in reality your aura will have been influenced by the energy your brother left in his room. So you could be influenced by your brother’s energy even if he isn’t there at that moment, because he left his energy footprint in that room. These influences are not all activated immediately, but they are waiting for the right moment when you will not be alert and will therefore be more sensitive to influences. See the programs as if they were species of larvae that will remain attached to your aura but will only act when you lower your guard. An influenza can also take days to activate. Understanding and detaching energy programs and their influences is a work that requires a lot of daily consciousness, every day, without ever lowering one’s guard. However, once you take the hand, it will be much easier for you to recognize them and finally free yourself from so many daily sufferings that otherwise would have struck you and landed you. Imagine, therefore, how many influences you absorb every day in all the places you frequent (and not only in your home) and then, while some programs are activated immediately, others can also wait several days before turning on and opening a new mind in your mind negative discussion. It is therefore easy to get confused and to think that these are one’s own thoughts, whereas they are energies that we have absorbed from other places or people. With time you will understand better what a program is and how it works. It is really important, however, that you learn these teachings without obsessive ones over: knowledge serves to make you wake up, not to make you suffer. So try to recognize your thoughts from those you are influenced from outside, but don’t go into paranoia, because that doesn’t do you good.     Prima di iniziare questo percorso non avevo idea delle influenze energetiche che ci colpiscono, tantomeno dei programmi energetici impressi negli oggetti, sto diventando sempre più cosciente e mi sto rendendo conto di come funzionano e quando si attivano, ovviamente di alcuni in particolare mi sono resa conto che effettivamente è come un meccanismo che si attiva ripetutamente. La pulizia energetica è la tecnica che possiamo usare per ripulire i programmi dagli oggetti e per ripulire la nostra aura che è stata colpita da queste influenze e le ha assorbite. È importante rimanere più coscienti possibile delle emozioni che esterniamo, per evitare di essere noi a influenzare gli altri.

    Questo approfondimento sui programmi energetici è stato molto illuminante per me. Immagino tutto quello che assorbo tutti i giorni, soprattutto nel luogo di lavoro in cui avverto molte energie negative. I nostri stati d'animo impregnano oggetti della nostra energia che può essere trasmessa anche alle altre persone che ne entrano in contatto, in positivo e in negativo, dipende dall'energia e dal sentimento. Sinceramente, delle volte riesco a riconoscere che un determinsto pensiero non è mio e lo allontano, altre volte no. Sto notando che inizio anche a sentire se quell'oggetto che sto oer prendere abbia un'engia positiva o negativa. Passo dopo passo sarò in grado di riconoscere i programmi altrui e proteggermi da essi e mutare quelli negativi in positivi. Nel frattempo continuo a meditare e ad allenarmi nel non pensiero, utile ad abbassare la mente ad alzarmi di tonale Questo dei programmi è, per così dire, un Universo a parte, un'altro mondo da scoprire per aprire ancora di più la nostra coscienza.     I programmi energetici sono senza dubbio il mio argomento preferito. Dopo averci lavorato sopra, ho capito come crearli e sfruttarli a mio favore, e da quel momento mi si è aperto un mondo. Ora posso applicare un effetto continuo o una tecnica ad un oggetto, invece di doverlo rifare ogni volta personalmente. Praticamente è come automatizzare la spiritualità. È un peccato che sia un argomento così sottovalutato, dato che può renderti la vita molto più facile.

    Sono felice di aver riletto questo articolo dopo parecchio tempo e con mia grande sorpresa essermi ricordata molte informazioni! Questa è un'altra di quelle cose che sottovalutiamo, nel senso che tendiamo a non prestare sempre attenzione a ciò, specialmente nei momenti in cui ci siamo dentro. In verità penso spesso al fatto che il mio stato d'animo possa influenzare i luoghi, le persone e gli oggetti, oltre che me e gli eventi della mia vita, infatti cerco sempre di mantenere uno stato d'animo positivo, anche se nel momento in cui mi sento per esempio triste o frustrata è difficile pensare a ciò, per quanto mi sforzi di far durare il meno possibile quel sentimento. Con il programma energetico finisci nel loop di quello stato mentale che non si spezzerà finché non lo ripulirai. Ho ben presente i momenti del genere, in cui finisco per pensare a sempre più cose negative, andando sempre più sprofondando senza rendersene conto, siamo noi a permettere che succeda ciò. I programmi se ne approfittano specialmente quando siamo stanchi o giù di tonale, anche per questa ragione è importante mantenere il silenzio mentale, i pensieri e gli stati d'animo positivi!

    Questo articolo per l ennesima volta è stato davvero illuminante per me!, ha sbloccato dei dubbi che avevo da questa estate. Ora riesco a comprendere meglio, almeno credo, il motivo di alcune mie sensazioni nella casa dove abitavo precedentemente. Ho cercato di proteggermi davvero tantissimo da quello che provavo in quel frangente e qualche strascico l'ho avvertito anche dopo.. oggi ci sarà lezione e quindi sarà sicuramente per me una "lezione faro" per capire meglio tutto quello che mi ha tediata senza motivo. O meglio, il motivo c'è.. e come abbiamo appurato non è ignorandolo che sparisce. Grazie grazie

    Impressionante quanto siamo continuamente influenzati da tutto ciò che ci circonda, non immaginavo che i programmi energetici avessero questo sottile ma forte meccanismo che entra in noi e si manifesta nel momento giusto. In pratica in casa siamo a contatto con una marea di emozioni, una fitta ragnatela nella quale passiamo continuamente e, se viviamo con qualcuno, è anche più fitta. Senza parlare degli oggetti che si comprano usati, io praticamente uso solo cose usata! Sapere del loro funzionamento così complesso può certamente creare una sorta di blocco verso gli altri e verso tutto ciò che tocchi o usi ma sono sicura che la migliore strada è quella di cercare di sviluppare la tecnica dell'essere coscienti e di continuare a proteggersi, in un secondo momento impareremo a capire e cambiare questi programmi. Demonizzare tutto non può essere la scelta più saggia. Comunque l'articolo è davvero una fonte di nuove informazioni. Grazie.

    Non avevo idea del motivo per cui una volta sveglio, mi alzo dal letto, e dopo averlo rifatto non torno più in quella stanza fino al momento in cui ritorno a dormire. Leggendo questo articolo per la seconda volta, e che la prima volta che lo feci mi innervosì un po', ma non feci caso più di tanto, forse mi viene da pensare che voglio evitare di lasciare qualcosa nella camera da letto. O per lo meno cerco di evitarlo. Prima di andare a letto, taglio i fili, medito, e una volta a letto richiamo prana, e faccio una qualche tecnica che a volte non mi riesce fino in fondo perché mi addormento prima. Vivendo da solo, sono io che costruisco i programmi con i miei pensieri, e non vengono influenzati gli oggetti o i mobili da altre persone. Comunque i pensieri miei bastano e avanzano perché come dice Angel, quando non sei conscio di creare situazioni negative, le crei e non te ne accorgi. Tenere a bada i propri pensieri, sto parlando di quelli negativi, le preoccupazioni, le difficoltà, non è facile, a meno che tu non sia capace di rimanere spesso e volentieri in non pensiero, e non è il mio caso. Mentre però prima non mi accorgevo mai dei tipi di pensieri che facevo, adesso, ma non sempre mi rendo conto che per esempio sto pensando a qualcosa di triste, oppure che mi disturba, mi innervosisce, e cerco di entrare i non pensiero, oppure cerco di cambiare pensiero, oppure cerco di distrarmi, dimenticando quel pensiero. Insomma, mentre prima stavo ore rimuginando su un pensiero negativo, uno stato d'animo che era tale da abbattermi ulteriormente, come se ce ne fosse bisogno, adesso come mi accorgo, e se mi accorgo, allontano subito, insomma faccio qualcosa, tipo respirare prana, o altro, per orientare il mio pensiero su qualcosa di positivo. Non dico di riuscire sempre, ma per lo meno adesso ci provo, mentre prima no. Comunque non sapevo di questo fatto, ovverosia la nostra capacità di impregnare i luoghi, abiti, oggetti, mobili, e altro, e quindi di incidere su altre persone, con i nostri pensieri. Ho tanto ancora da imparare, grazie Angel!

    E’ proprio così, quando una persona entra in casa mia, anche se non sono presente al momento, per me lascia malessere nel luogo.. Inoltre in una strada, ogni volta che la percorro, mi vengono sentimenti molto brutti..e se sono con una persona, anche a lei/lui e si finisce per discutere.. apparentemente sempre per motivi diversi, ma alla 3-4 volta ho notato che vengono sempre lì, quindi è il luogo..

    Wow, è incredibile scoprire quanto i nostri pensieri possano essere influenzati e quanto molti dei nostri pensieri in realtà non sono nemmeno nostri. Come detto nella parte finale dell'articolo però è molto importante non ossessionarsi, ma al contrario tutte queste informazioni sono fondamentali per cercare di capire quali pensieri sono realmente nostri e quali no. Se ci pensiamo siamo stati abituati per tutta la vita a credere che se pensiamo qualcosa è sicuramente un nostro pensiero, un nostro desiderio, una nostra sensazione, ma la realtà è ben diversa da questo e scoprire che non è così può solo che esserci di aiuto per poter crescere ed evolverci. Mi ha colpito molto anche il fatto che pur non avendo una reale ragione per sentirci in una determinata maniera il nostro cervello cercherà qualsiasi motivo per andare a ricollegarsi con essa e dunque accettarla dentro di noi.

    Questo articolo è veramente importante per comprendere cosa sono i programmi energetici e come sia facile crearne in particolare di negativi dovuti dalle nostre emozioni e poi memorizzati negli oggetti e nella casa che vanno a creare questi programmi. Sono felice che attraverso la pratica pian piano si riesca a comprendere sempre meglio quali non siano nostri pensieri e rimanere presenti per comprendere invece quali sono i nostri. Inoltre è importante comprendere e rimanere sempre più coscienti di come il nostro pensiero crea e quindi di non assillarci o ossessionarci,ma al contrario dare prevalenza al non pensiero e a quello che realmente ci fa stare bene, grazie Angel come sempre 💖

    I programmi energetici negativi possono davvero rovinare le vite delle persone. Il problema è che le persone non sanno riconoscere i programmi e non sanno ripulire l'energia dei luoghi che frequentano e in cui vivono, quindi possono rimanere a contatto con gli stessi programmi anche per anni. Evolvendosi riemerge il vero Io e penso che questo sia anche dovuto al distacco dai programmi che abbiamo intorno. Immagino che se si è a contatto con dei programmi negativi per molto tempo eventualmente queste energie entrino a far parte della nostra personalità, cambiandoci. Ad esempio se ogni giorno per anni mi arrabbio a causa di un programma energetico anche quando quel programma verrà distrutto rimarrà quel tratto negativo nella mia personalità che potrebbe anche ricreare il programma o andarsi ad affievolire nel tempo a seconda delle scelte che faccio, ovviamente questo vale anche al contrario per i programmi negativi. Mi piace molto ripulire l'energia degli oggetti e lasciarci dentro dei bei programmi, è una delle mie tecniche preferite e stimola anche molto la creatività perché ci si può veramente sbizzarrire con gli intenti. Chi non pratica subisce i programmi ma chi pratica li può sfruttare per migliorare la propria vita e quella dei propri cari ed avere quell'aiuto extra che fa la differenza.

    Questa lezione mi fa riflettere sul mio umore di questi giorni, la mia tristezza dovuta alla perdita di una persona/amicizia, i pianti che ho fatto in camera mia, il nervosismo e tutte queste emergie con cui ho impregnato la mia stanza e la casa. Effettivamente ogni volta che vado in camera mia sul letto mi ritornano questi pensieri e la frustrazione a go go. Infatti credo proprio che sia necessaria una bella pulizia energetica della stanza e della casa, perché se continuo ad avere questi pensieri mi viene anche difficile andare avanti, essere serena e tornare ad essere positiva, anche se è difficile perché per quanto posso provare a non pensare comunque quella persona mi manca. Ho provato a tagliare i fili ma è difficile perché il sentimento era ed è grande nei suoi confronti. Ma in qualche modo ne devo uscire e provare in qualsiasi modo anche a cambiare la situazione con lui. Spero tanto di riuscirci e riavere quella positività e solarità che fa parte di me.     Tempo fa io per lavoro frequentavo molte aziende. E devo dire che in alcune sentivo proprio del disagio

    Durante la nostra vita creiamo e abbiamo creato numerosi programmi energetici, tanti che neanche ce lo immaginiamo. In casa mia ad esempio la situazione è cambiata da quando pratico, ma mi accorgo di persone che anche frequentando poco l'ambiente, quando sono presenti influenzano di molto l'ambiente avendo un intento forte e negativo. Ripulire le energie diventa di vitale importanza, riconoscere o programmi però non è cosa semplice. Anche perché alcune influenze impiegano giorni a colpire ma con la pratica sto imparando sempre meglio a distaccare i pensieri esterni e i miei. Il non pensiero è molto importante in questo caso anche se non riusciamo a riconoscere bene i programmi, distaccarli è già un grosso passo verso l'evoluzione.

    E' molto importante tenere a mente che ogni luogo possiede certi programmi che ci influenzano se non restiamo coscienti. Anche il pensiero o l'emozione più minima e banale può essere frutto di influenze di programmi e non dobbiamo dimenticarcelo. Oltre che restare coscienti il più possibile e riconoscere quali pensieri ed emozioni non sono propriamente nostri, è importante anche ripulire l'energia dell'ambiente affinché questo diventi sempre più positivo e luminoso <3
