    Il solito problema visto da prospettive od esigenze diverse; la necessita' di ripulire, oltre alla nostra energia, quella degli ambienti circostanti e delle persone che piu' frequentiamo. Sempre appare piu' chiara la necessita' di considerarci con le tecniche un binomio che funziona se e nella misura in cui le riteniamo valide e nella fiducia in noi stessi e la determinazione che mettiamo nel farle.

    sarà che la sola lettura delle cose non basta, ma ho scoperto casualmente questo articolo sfogliando il sito......ho avuto un pianto liberatorio perchè mi è capitato di leggerlo in un momento davvero particolare e difficile per me, e mentre lo facevo ero allo stesso tempo felice immaginandomi questa respirazione liberatoria ....ho bisogno proprio di questa tecnica adesso e sento che forse è questo il primo passo per me perchè ho difficoltà con la meditazione che forse mi sarà più semplice dopo...nella mia vita ho sempre avuto difficoltà con la respirazione e non sono riuscita a capire mai il perchè questa a sensazioni sento che mi aiuterebbe molto....è possibile Angel avere l articolo con la tecnica spiegata passo x passo? nel primo steep ho letto 1 e 2 pagina ma non mi sembra di averla trovata. questo articolo era nella pagina di entrata.

    ho iniziato da meno di una settimana a utilizzare la 1 tecnica della pulizia energeticami fa piacere apprendere cio che indichi come una buona pratica di averla svolta istintivamente ,prima pulizia energetica poi taglio dei fili e quindi meditazione.ho trovato molto positivo e facilitante procedere di prima mattina in questo modo,mi sento carica e pronta ad andare verso la giornata che ho davanti grazie
