Everyday issues – Headaches (part 1)

Headaches are a pain that affects the daily lives of many people, whether they are women, men, or young children. The first thing we do is take a medicine to try to get rid of it, hoping it will work; but often even medicines seem ineffective, because the pain is so intense that it makes us lose hope. But are these headaches really normal? Is it possible to wake up in the morning with a strong headache even after having slept all night and with no logical reason for it to appear? It might not surprise you to learn that most headaches are not normal at all. I know headaches well, because they accompanied me for many years of my life. I remember having headaches as early as I was age 4, and they become a constant from the age of 8. No medicine could make them go away, until I found the solution: understanding the actual causes and basing my approach on those. Headaches are all different, and it’s absolutely wrong to think that this terrible pain is completely normal. There is nothing normal about pain in your head! It’s especially not normal for small children to suffer from it, which means that the causes are not always as logical as we naively believe.

Headaches are all different, and we shouldn’t think that each of us experiences only one single type of pain, because in reality, throughout our daily routine, we might go through multiple types of headaches at once. From the ache in the center of the forehead, to the one that starts from a sharp pain inside the eye, to the one concentrated in the center of the head, to the kind that begins at the back of the head and pierces through to the center – almost like a bullet drilling through the skull – all the way to the more common pain at the temples. And there are many more! These headaches are very different from one another, and sometimes they can come one after the other, as if all the pains were switching on simultaneously in different areas of the head. This is not normal, let’s be clear. Someone who doesn’t suffer from headaches can’t possibly understand the pain of having them. Those who don’t suffer from them are truly fortunate, because they are not victims of this kind of suffering, which is sometimes so strong that you feel like crying – if it weren’t for the fact that crying would make the headache worse, and that’s the last thing you want. There are many daily aches and pains that can appear out of nowhere and interfere with our routine. From stomachaches to back discomfort, these are daily pains that show up suddenly and can be quite annoying. And yet, among all the everyday issues, a strong headache is one of the most disabling types of pain, because it makes you completely incapable of reacting to any situation. All pains are unpleasant, but at least with most of them, you know the cause. If you have a stomachache, it might be from what you ate last night; if your back hurts, it could be from lifting something heavy or from sleeping in a bad position. But a headache – how can it come on so strongly, so suddenly, when you haven’t done anything to cause it?

Of course, there are also natural causes that can trigger headaches, yet those aren’t the only ones, as we naively like to believe. The worst part is that people who suffer from headaches frequently, even daily, get so used to the pain that they genuinely start to believe it’s normal. Why? Because they’ve lived with it for so many years that the pain has become part of their routine. So much so that, on the rare days they wake up without a headache, they think: “That’s strange, I don’t have a headache today… it’ll probably come later!” Maybe you’ve also thought “Strange, I don’t have a headache today,” and that’s the main reason we should reflect on how abnormal this kind of pain truly is: the real oddity isn’t waking up without a headache, but rather accepting the pain to the point of thinking we somehow miss its presence.

Let’s now understand the different types of headaches, what causes them, and what the solutions are. We’ll talk about headaches caused by “normal reasons” and others that have nothing normal about them at all.

The first and most common type of headache is the one that starts from the center of the forehead. It’s usually concentrated right in the middle of the forehead, or it may start from between the eyebrows, closer to the eyes, though the eyes themselves don’t feel pain. We almost always associate this pain with sinusitis, even though it’s hard to believe one could have chronic sinusitis every day, day and night, all month and all year long without even having a cold. You might be surprised to learn that this type of headache almost always depends on a depleted Mind Chakra. The Mind Chakra has immense potential, but it gets drained very easily, which is why we can also feel intense pain in that area. To prove how important the Mind Chakra truly is, just a few minutes of daily meditation focused on this chakra can eliminate headaches from your routine. Typically, headaches appear when the chakra is severely depleted, so it’s not enough to focus on it for a brief moment to make the pain go away—you need to actively recharge the chakra so that it has enough energy not to cause pain in the days ahead. Everyone who practices daily meditation on the Mind Chakra using the appropriate Meditation technique is able to heal from these headaches and prevent them from returning. For those who suffer intensely from headaches, just skipping a day or two of meditation may be enough for the pain to return the next day. This shows that the Mind chakra really does run out of energy very quickly and requires a great amount of it. The stronger the headaches, the more depleted the chakra is, which means it needs greater absorption of prana. If you suffer from this type of headache – the one that starts from the center of the forehead – you have probably already tried countless different medicines, and yet the headache does not go away. Meditation doesn’t cost you any money and has no side effects, unlike medications. For this reason, I recommend that you meditate on the Mind chakra, because you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

If you try meditating on the Mind chakra every day for at least five days, you will notice that on the following day you won’t suffer from headaches anymore. If you are the kind of person who never experiences headaches, you might not believe any of this; but if you are the kind of person who lives with headaches almost every day of your life, it will be much easier for you to realize the enormous effectiveness of Meditation. That’s because after just a few days you will know it’s true: you will wake up without a headache, and throughout the day you won’t feel any signals of pain. Is it the placebo effect? Is it suggestion? Believe what you want, but Meditation will have taken away your headache, and the effect will last if you keep meditating. So you can choose to belittle meditation, or you can recognize that some pains are not easily treated with medicine – otherwise you would have already gotten rid of your headaches forever and you wouldn’t be here searching for other solutions – because these pains do not depend on the factors studied by science: they depend on the energy depletion of the chakra. Rationally you can deny it, but as soon as you try meditating, the headache goes away. How do you explain that? We can say whatever we want in words, but the facts show that meditation heals headaches. My advice is to meditate every day, without forgetting the Mind chakra, not even on those days when you feel perfectly fine, because if you stop meditating when you feel good, the chakra will deplete again and in the following days the headache will return.

The solution is not to meditate at the exact moment when you already have a headache, always waiting for the problem to get serious before deciding to do something; the solution is to meditate beforehand, so that the next day the pain doesn’t come at all. In this way you ensure lasting physical well-being for your head in the days to come. A meditation right after waking allows you to start the day in the best way, eliminating the chance of headaches, and then an evening or nighttime meditation guarantees that the following day you will not experience any pain in your head. Try it, and you will discover that you won’t want to do without meditation ever again.

Sometimes headaches can also come from poor dietary choices, which cause pain in the internal organs, including headaches. A few years ago, I realized that every time I drank certain famous soft drinks – the ones we almost always have on the table – I would get a strong headache. Just because these drinks are popular doesn’t mean they’re good for us, since what we’re actually drinking are harmful beverages for our body that are heavily advertised and promoted, and for that reason we trust the brand. I noticed that whenever I drank that soda at lunch, shortly after I would start feeling a slight discomfort in my head, which quickly turned into sharp pain. From that moment on, I decided not to drink sugary sodas anymore, and since then I haven’t suffered from headaches after meals. It’s important to pay attention to the exact moment when the headache begins, because that way you can understand the reasons and eliminate the source of the pain. Our biggest mistake is always looking for a medicine to ease the pain we feel, instead of pausing for a moment to understand what causes it and removing the root of the problem. As long as we keep choosing to buy medicine to treat pain, we will never solve the issue at its core; but if we focus on understanding what causes the pain, we can eliminate it and make sure it doesn’t come back. Don’t misunderstand my words thinking that I’m against medicine, because I am not advising you to avoid medication when you’re suffering from strong pain; instead, I’m encouraging you to understand your body before overwhelming it with drugs. There are pains you can cure by eliminating their cause, without having to wait until they become serious and then spend money on medicines.

Another reason we can suffer from headaches is lack of water. We all know this, yet we forget it: our body is made up mostly of water, and despite that, we drink everything except water. We forget that water is not the same as any other liquid we find on the market: if we drink boxed fruit juice, bottled iced tea, cans of soda, or glass after glass of alcohol, it is absolutely not the same as drinking water. Our body needs water, not other liquids but pure water, because our internal organs need it to live; if we don’t give it to them, they get sick faster, and the pain becomes stronger and more constant. Did you know that the brain is made up of almost 80% water? This means that every day we need to drink water in order for the brain to stay healthy. If we don’t drink, our body can’t magically create water inside itself, it can’t produce liquids out of nothing, so we keep losing fluids without absorbing new ones. Drinking water is not just about producing urine, water is what keeps our organs healthy so that they function properly and don’t get sick too soon. Needless to say, if we all drank much more water instead of filling ourselves with poor-quality liquids, many pains and illnesses would be unknown to us. When you have a headache, try drinking two full glasses of water, not just a sip but two whole glasses. Sometimes this simple action is enough and the pain goes away within minutes.

Other times headaches come from poor digestion. It can happen, especially on days when you’re out with friends or family and the menu includes very heavy dishes, that at a certain point during the meal you start feeling your head “swollen,” as if a balloon had inflated inside it. At first you don’t understand what it is, but this is a strong signal that you need to stop eating because your body can’t handle it. The sensation is very unpleasant, to the point of making you feel dizzy.

Other times the situation gets worse, either because you’re too full or because you’re eating in a cold room or outdoors; the cold can cause your stomach to lock up and suddenly you feel almost faint. Cold drinks can also cause your stomach to seize, so you really need to be careful. These sensations are often followed by strong headaches that can last for days afterward. Sometimes the discomfort doesn’t come right away. You might have eaten a heavy dinner that didn’t seem heavy to you, but your body felt otherwise. Everything seems fine, then suddenly you lie down on the couch or in bed and almost immediately feel your stomach harden, as if it were blocked, and from there strong pains begin—stomach ache, nausea, and headache. Needless to say, you should never lie down after a heavy dinner, and you should pay attention to what you eat at night because the body doesn’t always digest the same way it digests lunch. Maybe you never had problems before, but one day you overfill your stomach, drink cold sodas, and then, just as you step out of the restaurant, you catch cold on your stomach; the consequences are very painful. We should never rely on the idea that “it never happened before,” because our body doesn’t function the exact same way all our life; there are periods when we are more vulnerable, weaker, and the smallest thing can make us sick. When we digest poorly, even if we don’t get stomach pain, we can still get a headache, which is why it’s important to be mindful of what we eat, especially at dinner before going to sleep.

Also those who suffer from liver problems can experience annoying headaches, because all the organs are connected and often when one is suffering it causes problems to another as well. Many people don’t even know where their liver is, so they spend their lives thinking they have back pain, when in reality the pain is in their liver. We only have one liver and it’s very delicate, so we shouldn’t make an effort to destroy it. Drinking alcohol makes our liver sick and damages our brain, even when we think we’re drinking just a little, because the health of our organs doesn’t depend on what we believe but on what we actually do. If we decided to stop drinking alcohol and increase our daily water intake, many of the physical pains we thought were normal would disappear. Scientific studies say that “alcohol is a toxic substance that, after ingestion, must be rapidly metabolized to avoid damage to the body,” but this process damages the liver. Despite this, we keep drinking it, knowing that it harms us and causes serious health problems, including strong headaches that continue even in the days after. The real problem with alcohol is not just the temporary headache during consumption, but the weakening it causes to our body, making it more vulnerable to future headaches that will come even when we don’t drink. For this reason we must stop drinking alcohol, because it creates damage that continues even when we are not drinking. Not to mention drugs, which we must absolutely avoid, because they damage our brain and cause severe physical pain, as well as serious mental harm that no medicine will ever be able to completely heal.

These, of course, are the “natural” causes that can lead to headaches. But if you don’t consume alcohol or drugs, if you drink water regularly (not just small sips, but about two liters a day), if you avoid heavy dinners, and despite all this you still suffer from severe headaches, then what are the causes?

If the headache you suffer from starts as a “sting” in the eye, whether right or left, and then extends lengthwise with a fixed pain almost like a long needle piercing from the eye into the center of the head, it may not be caused by natural reasons. Try to notice if these strong headaches that start from the eye and spread as if it were a real needle piercing always and only come when you see, meet, or talk on the phone with a certain person, or when you go to a specific place. These headaches very often occur when we meet a particular person who, deep inside, harbors very negative feelings toward us. Know that people can lie very well and pretend to be good and kind, but deep down they might have hidden resentment toward you, even without reason. This especially happens when we meet middle-aged or older people, whether they are older colleagues, distant relatives, or even close ones. You don’t know why, but when you meet that aunt, or your mother-in-law, or that elderly neighbor, you feel a stabbing pain in your eye that stretches inward. Many times the pain doesn’t come immediately, but hours later or the next day, and yet it always happens after you’ve met that specific person. You may not believe in these things, you may think that “negative energies” don’t exist, but the facts suggest otherwise, because every time you meet or even just talk on the phone with that person, without needing to see them physically, you end up with a strong headache. This kind of pain is not normal. My advice is to practice Psychic Protection before meeting that person, as well as right after, because the headache is not the only harm their presence causes you, it’s only the first warning sign of a much bigger issue. Furthermore, if possible, I recommend distancing yourself from that person or meeting them as little as you can, because if they cause you such severe headaches it means they have very negative and harmful feelings toward you, even if on the surface they act kindly. Reflect on the pain their presence brings you, because it’s not a good thing and it’s not right for you to endure these pains just to avoid seeming rude or impolite toward them. Stay away from them, and you will notice if these pains stop.

Not only can people cause you headaches simply by looking at you, but specific places can as well. It might happen that you feel a strong headache only when you visit a friend or relative at their home. While you were outside you felt fine, but as soon as you entered their house you began to feel unwell, sharp pains appeared and quickly turned into a strong headache. In this case it can happen either because of that particular person, or because of the energetic programs that have formed inside the house, which are very negative and stagnant. Because of them, as soon as you enter their house you get a strong headache, sometimes even dizziness and nausea. If you happen to meet that person outside their home and you feel fine, but then feel unwell only when you go inside, then it might not be the person causing your headache, but rather the negative energy in their home, which they obviously are not aware of and may not even understand the meaning of. You could help them cleanse the energy in their house by advising them to follow this meditative practice. However, there is another reason that could cause you to have headaches when entering your friend’s or relative’s home, and it might not even be the house’s energy; in fact, the cause of the strong headaches could be the presence of an Entity that is right inside their house. It doesn’t need to move objects or make noises, because some of them are very silent; and yet their presence provokes very strong headaches and various pains to us.

Some presences can cause you such intense pain that you seriously begin to think you have a serious health problem, as the headaches are so strong that you feel like you are going insane. In particular, some very negative presences that may be in your home or in other places you frequent can cause a pulsating pain in the hemispheres so strong that you might have the terrible thought of suffering from some grave illness. Before frightening yourself, I advise you to meditate and protect yourself well, as well as to protect your home through Psychic Protection.

The pain caused by an entity usually begins in the middle of the night, while you are sleeping, striking one hemisphere (usually the left) so intensely that the pain could even wake you up. Then, the next morning, you get up already with a headache, sensing the hemisphere pulsing and increasing in intensity. The pain is so strong that just talking, hearing others speak, or looking at any light source (a lamp, your phone screen, the TV) rapidly worsens it. The peculiar thing about this headache is that, at times, it seems to move from one hemisphere to the other, almost as if there were “something alive” inside your head. Why would pain move from one part of the body to another as if it were normal? If your arm hurts, it is not normal for the pain to suddenly shift to your shoulder, leaving the arm behind. What kind of pain can move on its own? Not “pain” itself, but rather “the attack” or, in other cases, “the larva”. If one part of your body hurts and suddenly the pain completely shifts to another area, abandoning the previous one, it almost certainly means that the pain is caused by an energetic larva. On the other hand, if the pain doesn’t move but suddenly intensifies at certain moments, reaching a high level of intensity (extremely high!) in just a few seconds, it is more likely caused by an energetic attack. Some presences can provoke energetic attacks so strong that they make us feel such intense physical pain that it seems we are going insane. Headaches are one of those pains that truly frighten because they appear out of nowhere and escalate from mild discomfort to excruciating pain in just seconds; this is not normal! It comes from an energetic attack caused by negative entities or by people who—for reasons that may be illogical—hold hostility toward us. The problem with headaches caused by attacks is that no matter how many medications you take, you already know they aren’t enough to relieve the pain; in fact, they often seem completely ineffective. Medications can treat many physical problems, but unfortunately, no medicine currently exists that can cure issues caused by psychic attacks.

Headaches in the temples often stem from negative energies. Temples are very sensitive to energies, so it can happen that just by being near a negative person—even if they aren’t directly hostile toward you, but are negative internally—can cause sharp stings and pain in one or both temples. Perhaps the person is talking about their problems, or simply comes close to you without speaking, and suddenly you feel intense pain entering through the temple and spreading across your head. This is what lets you know it’s not a normal headache: you feel it entering from the temple, it doesn’t arise on its own, it comes in. This makes you understand that an external energy is penetrating your head and causing pain. Other times, the same effect is caused by a negative entity approaching you. The mechanism is the same: as soon as it comes near, it triggers strong temple pain. The problem is that because you don’t see the entity you don’t realize it’s there, so you might think it’s a normal headache, when in reality, it’s far from normal.

Whether it’s temple headaches, pulsating pain in the hemispheres, discomfort starting from the nape and piercing deeply like bullets, or needles entering through the eyes, these pains are not normal, as they are most often caused by the presence of negative entities or people harboring very dark feelings toward us.

There’s still a lot you need to know about headaches, but we’ll go deeper into it later. Naturally, with this article, I’m not excluding normal headaches, which can be caused by ordinary factors, like spending a day in an excessively noisy environment that leaves you with a headache when you get home, or sleeping too much, which can make you wake up with head pain. There are natural causes we already know, so we should naturally pay attention to avoid their consequences. But there are pains that aren’t caused by these reasons, and we don’t know how to prevent or remedy them. This is when we must understand that these pains are not normal. This is where Meditation comes in: it nourishes us with positive energy and protects us from negative energy, preventing people and malevolent presences from causing us such suffering. Equally important is Psychic Protection, because it pushes these negative energies away from us, including dark entities. But this is not the only remedy! In fact, for the most “urgent” headaches, there is also Energy Healing, which uses pranic energy to alleviate the pain we are experiencing. In the next article, I will talk to you about Visualization, in which I will teach you a technique through an audio guide that will help you begin to understand the basics of techniques using prana, such as Energy Healing.

I always adore the well roundness you approach these topics with. Firstly we got a little freshup in some natural causes to pain and how to be healthier and avoid it + we got a more detailed description of how nagative energies and presences can work on us and how the pain varies - several notes to obtain from here. I also can say too that especially the exhaustion headpain got less ever since I started the chakra meditation !

Adesso mi spiego tutto e so come proteggermi in futuro. Grazie. Grazie. Grazie
